How to Enroll Leads in a Playbook

Playbooks allow you to automate your engagement and boost your productivity. Enrolling leads in a Playbook only takes a few clicks.

You can add contacts to Playbooks in 2 ways:

1) Bulk Enroll:
Select multiple leads using the checkbox > Click on the ‘Playbooks’ found to the right of the top checkbox > Add to Playbook > Select the Playbook you want to add your leads to > Enroll

2) Manually Enroll:
Open lead’s profile > Locate the contact you want to add to a Playbook -> Click the Playbook icon > Choose the Playbook you want to add your leads to and press Enroll
