Change Your Email Sending Pattern to Speed Up Your Playbooks

1. Navigate Settings > Outreach Settings

2. Locate ‘Email Sending Pattern’ at the top

3. Click on the drop-down menu and switch from ‘Mimic Humans' to ‘Rapid Sending’

4. Click on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of Outreach Settings

Mimic Humans: Mimic human behavior with random delays and periodic pauses. This setting sends at a slower rate but maximizes your odds of staying out of the spam folder.

Rapid Sending: Maximize daily email volume with short, consistent delays.
