Why does this happen?
Sometimes LinkedIn’s security tokens get out of sync with LeadLoft, especially if you’ve changed your LinkedIn password or logged in from a new device. When this happens, LeadLoft may lose connection and you’ll need to reset it.
How To Make Your LinkedIn Connection More Stable
Just follow these steps to make the connection more stable:
1. Disconnect LinkedIn From LeadLoft
Go to your LeadLoft connected accounts settings.
Find your LinkedIn account and click the trash icon to disconnect.
2. Log Out Of LinkedIn on Linkedin.com
Visit LinkedIn.
Click on your profile icon on the top right > Click ‘Sign Out’.
3. Log Back Into LinkedIn
Now, go back to LinkedIn and log in again using your regular LinkedIn credentials.
4. Reconnect LinkedIn In LeadLoft
Return to your LeadLoft connected accounts settings.
Click Connect next to LinkedIn.
Follow the prompts to complete the reconnection.
This helps sync LinkedIn and LeadLoft, making your connection more stable moving forward.
