How to Toggle a Playbook OFF and ON

Learn how to pause and resume all outreach from a playbook by toggling it OFF or ON.

Turning a Playbook OFF will pause all outreach from that Playbook. It will also prevent Scheduled contacts from moving to Engaging.

How to Turn Off a Playbook

Open the Playbooks tab
Locate the Playbook you want to turn OFF
Toggle the blue switch on the left side of the Playbook

Blue means ON. Grey means OFF.
