How to Toggle a Playbook OFF and ON

Turning a Playbook OFF will pause all outreach from that Playbook. It will also prevent Scheduled contacts from moving to Engaging.

How to Turn Off a Playbook

1. Open the Playbooks tab

2. Locate the Playbook you want to turn OFF

3. Toggle the blue switch on the left side of the Playbook

Blue means ON. Grey means OFF.
