  1. An incorrect Password: This is the most common issue while connecting via IMAP and SMTP. Please be 100% sure you are using the correct password."

  5. Unstable or Outdated Email Service Provider: Contact your email provider and ask why your server keeps returning an error and keeps disconnecting.
