If someone emails you and they're not a contact in LeadLoft, the email communication will not be synced and therefore will not appear in your LeadLoft dashboard.

As soon as you connect your email with LeadLoft, all past communication with contacts will begin appearing in the LeadLoft dashboard. Depending on how much communication history and leads are stored in your account, this may take minutes or hours.
