How to Connect Your Email to LeadLoft
Navigate to Settings > Connected Accounts
Click "Connect Email"
Follow the steps
If you are receiving an error, please make sure your password is correct. This is the #1 most common reason for a failed email connection.
How do I know if my email is connected?
If your email is displayed in the Connected Accounts tab, this means your email is connected and is now syncing with LeadLoft!
From there, all email communication with contacts in your LeadLoft dashboard will be synced. This may take a few minutes or a few hours depending on how many emails and contacts are being synced.
What if I don't want my emails to appear in the LeadLoft dashboard?
If you don’t wish for your email communication with contacts to appear in your dashboard, we recommend that you do not connect your email at all.
