Why can't I find the Investor Database?

This explain why you might not see or find the investor database in your dashboard and how to fix it.

We hide the Investor Database for non-fundraising customers. To fix, simply update your Workspace's use case.

Update Your Workspace Use Case to "Fundraising":

  1. Navigate to Workspaces

  2. Click "Edit" next to your current Workspace

  3. Update your "Use Case" to "Fundraising"

  4. Click Save

After following these steps, the Investor Database will be visible to you.
