# I Can't Download My Exported File

This article explains why you may not be able to download an exported file from your email.

## Solutions to Download Your File

1.  Right click the button and open in a new tab.
    
2.  Copy the button's URL and paste to URL tab.
    
3.  Edit your browser settings to allow your website email client to open links on your behalf.
