My Contacts are skipping all steps and being marked "Finished" in Playbooks.

This article explain why some emails or LinkedIn message are skipped. This can sometimes lead to a contact skipping all steps and being marked "Finished" in a Playbook.

Playbooks steps require certain data in order to work. If this data is missing or marked invalid / bad, the steps will be skipped.

Why your Contacts are skipping all Playbook steps and not sending any messages?

  1. Do you contacts have emails? (If not, email steps are skipped)

  2. Do your contacts have LinkedIn URLs? (If not, LinkedIn steps are skipped)

  3. Do your contacts have phone numbers? (If not, call steps are skipped)

When does LeadLoft skip steps?

  1. Missing Data (Missing email, LinkedIn URL, or phone number)

  2. Bad Data (e.g. Invalid Emails, Bad Numbers)

  3. Not Connected on LinkedIn (can't send the message so it's skipped)
