Steps to Turn On or Off Data Credits
Follow these steps to enable or disable data credits:
Go to your Subscription Settings.
Scroll to the bottom right of the page.
Click on "Data Credit Settings".
Toggle the settings to:
Turn On or Off Data Features
Turn On or Off Phone Finder
Click Save to apply the changes.
Important Notes About Turning Off Data Credits
If you turn off data credits:
Any data-related tasks in your Playbooks, such as BounceShield or Enrich AI, will be skipped while data features are off.
You will not be charged for skipped tasks.
You can turn data credits back on at any time to resume these tasks.
